Section 697.420 - Location of records; quarterly reports1. Information required by NAC 697.410 must be compiled by the licensee and filed at the home office of the surety company unless the company designates another location in writing to the Commissioner and that location is approved by the Commissioner.2. The information required by this section must be updated on a quarterly basis and filed at the designated place of filing not later than 21 days after the close of each calendar quarter.Nev. Admin.
