Section 695J.200 - Examination: Fee for administration

Pursuant to NRS 695J.110, 695J.130 and 695J.270, an applicant for a certificate as an exchange enrollment facilitator must pass a written examination and pay a fee for the administration of the examination. The examination fee:

1. Is subject to the Division's contractual agreement with the vendor providing the examination services;

2. Is payable to the vendor providing the examination services; and

3. Must not exceed $100 for a single sitting.
