Section 695F.480 - Evidence of coverage: RequirementsAny evidence of coverage issued by an organization:
1. Must, in addition to the requirements of NRS 695F.150, contain a clear and complete statement of any benefits other than a limited health service to which an enrollee is entitled.2. Must not contain any provision authorizing:(b) The coordination of payment of any benefits with any other plan of health insurance or plan for the provision of health care offered by an employer to the same subscribers or enrollees as those covered by the organization.Nev.
