Section 695F.460 - Filing of notice for modification of rates, charges, benefits, organization, operations, documents or servicesAn organization shall file the notice required by NRS 695F.170 at least 30 days before it desires a change in its charges to become effective. The notice must be accompanied by:
1. The loss experience or factor for modification, which must be clearly defined and supported by documents maintained as a part of the organization's records.2. Certification by a qualified actuary, with adequate supporting documentation, that the proposed charges are not excessive, inadequate or unfairly discriminatory.Nev. Admin. Code § 695F.460
