Section 695F.400 - Approval of contract for marketing, enrollment, administration or health care; effect of agreement; licensing of third party1. An organization that enters into a contract with a third party to provide services for marketing, enrollment, administration or health care shall submit a copy of the contract to the Commissioner for his or her review and approval.2. The Commissioner will consider such a contract to be an agreement by the third party contracting with the organization to:(a) Submit to the jurisdiction of the Commissioner for his or her review of the contract; and(b) Authorize the Commissioner to examine that person concerning his or her duties under the contract to the organization and the payment and handling of money pursuant to the contract.3. The third party must hold an appropriate license issued pursuant to chapter 683A of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 695F.400
