Section 695D.350 - Contract to perform marketing, enrollment or administrative services1. If an organization enters into a contract for the performance of marketing, enrollment or administrative services, it shall submit a copy of the contract to the Division for its review and approval.2. A person who enters into such a contract with an organization shall be deemed to have: (a) Submitted himself or herself to the jurisdiction of the Division for the purposes of the review; and(b) Authorized the Division to examine him or her concerning:(1) His or her duties under the contract; and(2) The payment and handling of money pursuant to the contract.Nev.
