Section 689C.130 - Notice of cancellation, nonrenewal or renewal with altered terms

A notice of cancellation, nonrenewal or renewal with altered terms issued by a carrier to a small employer must comply with the provisions of NRS 687B.310 to 687B.420, inclusive, to the extent that those provisions do not conflict with the provisions of chapter 689C of NRS.
