Section 687B.040 - Compliance required

A policy of insurance, rider or endorsement may not be advertised, marketed or offered as long-term care insurance or insurance which provides coverage for care received in a nursing home unless it complies with the provisions of NAC 687B.005 to 687B.140, inclusive.
