Section 686A.650 - "Third-party claimant" defined

"Third-party claimant" means any person, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity asserting a claim against any person, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity insured under an insurance contract or policy. "Third-party claimant" does not include a person who provides service to an injured party.
