Section 686A.550 - Duties of agentsEach agent shall on each application for life insurance:
1. Indicate on the application in the appropriate space, whether or not an existing policy will be replaced.2. Where a replacement is involved:(a) Present the notice to the applicant;(b) Sign the notice, obtain the applicant's signature on a copy of the notice and furnish a copy to the applicant; and(c) Retain a copy of the notice and copies of any sales proposals for at least 3 years after signing the notice.Nev.
