Section 685A.360 - General powers of organizationAn organization may:
1. Examine and evaluate the business of insurance to identify changes in coverage, premiums and volume that affect the business of insurance in this State, and make reports of such examinations to the Commissioner or the general public, or both.2. Develop and maintain projects and programs dedicated to the continuing education and the technical and managerial skills of the members of the organization.Nev. Admin. Code § 685A.360
