Section 684A.105 - "Designated representative" defined"Designated representative" means:
1. Any nongovernmental entity with which the Commissioner contracts pursuant to NRS 684A.120 to perform ministerial functions associated with prelicensing, licensing or continuing education programs; or2. An employee of the Division who has been designated by the Commissioner to act on behalf of the Commissioner with regard to prelicensing, licensing or continuing education programs.Nev. Admin.
