Section 683A.225 - Course of instruction for bail bonds

A person who requests approval of the course of instruction for bail bonds required by NRS 697.150, 697.170 or 697.184 must comply with the provisions of NAC 683A.190, 683A.201, 683A.211 and 683A.231 to 683A.261, inclusive.
