Section 683A.460 - Licensing and bonding; maintenance of policy for errors and omissionsA managing general agent:
1. Shall not represent an insurer in this State unless he or she holds a license issued by this State as a producer of insurance.2. Shall maintain a bond for $50,000 and may maintain a policy that covers any errors and omissions of the managing general agent.Nev. Admin. Code § 683A.460
