Section 683A.360 - Verification of continuing education1. Each licensee shall furnish to the Division upon the renewal of his or her license or upon the request of the Division, the original certificate of completion issued by the provider for each course.2. The licensee shall keep a copy of each certificate of completion for 4 years after the completion of the course.3. Failure to provide verification of continuing education credits upon request by the Division is evidence that the licensee did not complete the required continuing education.Nev. Admin.
