Section 681B.515 - Preparation and submission of plan or revised plan for risk-based capital

If an event that requires regulatory action occurs, the insurer or health organization shall prepare and submit to the Commissioner a plan or revised plan for risk-based capital, as appropriate. The plan or revised plan for risk-based capital must be submitted not later than 45 days after the date on which the event that requires regulatory action occurred.
