Section 681A.090 - Manager for reinsurance: Maintenance of policy of insurance

A manager for reinsurance shall maintain an insurance policy that covers errors and omissions, issued by an insurer authorized under title 57 of NRS, in an amount determined by the Commissioner of not less than $1,000,000.
