Section 681A.005 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 681A.260 to 681A.410, inclusive, and NAC 681A.006, 681A.007 and 681A.008 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
