Section 681A.520 - Compliance with reporting and notification requirements established by National Association of Insurance Commissioners

The Commissioner will comply with all requirements for reporting and notification relating to certified reinsurers and qualified jurisdictions that may be established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
