Section 681A.430 - "Reinsurance supervisory system" interpreted

As used in NRS 681A.1553, the Commissioner interprets the term "reinsurance supervisory system" to mean a system for regulatory oversight performed by the domiciliary jurisdiction of an assuming insurer domiciled outside of the United States.
