Section 680B.090 - Resubmission of disapproved form; fees not refundable; credit for overpayment1. If the Commissioner disapproves a form which has been filed by an insurer, any resubmission of that form must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.2. A fee which is paid to the Commissioner when a form is filed is not refundable except that the Commissioner will give an insurer credit against fees assessed in subsequent filings if it has paid fees in excess of those required by law.Nev.
