Section 680A.004 - "Annual Audited Financial Report" defined"Annual Audited Financial Report" means:
1. The report which must be filed with the Commissioner in accordance with NRS 680A.265.2. For an insurer domiciled in Canada or Great Britain, the annual statement of total business on the form filed by the insurer with its domiciliary supervision authority, duly audited by a chartered accountant.Nev.
