Section 679B.381 - Hearings: Documentary exhibits1. Before a documentary exhibit may be introduced at a hearing, a copy of the exhibit must be furnished to each party.2. In a proceeding involving detailed or voluminous exhibits, the hearing officer may require each party to file, and to serve to each other party, a copy of the exhibits within a specified time before the hearing. An amendment to an exhibit may be made after the exhibit has been filed, if the amendment does not prejudice the rights of any party or corrects a clerical or mathematical error.Nev. Admin.
