Section 679B.331 - Conferences at hearing

In any proceeding the hearing officer may call all parties together for a conference before the taking of testimony, or may recess the hearing for a conference for the purpose of securing just, speedy and economical determination of all issues. The hearing officer shall state on the record the results of the conference.
