Section 679B.313 - Hearings: Requirements for attorney appearing as counsel; conduct1. An attorney appearing as counsel in any proceeding before the Division must be admitted to practice and in good standing before the highest court of any state. Except as otherwise ordered by the hearing officer, an attorney who is not admitted and entitled to practice before the Supreme Court of Nevada must be associated with an attorney so admitted and entitled to practice.2. An attorney's appearance as counsel in a proceeding shall be deemed to constitute his or her representation that the attorney will conduct himself or herself in accordance with the requirements of NAC 679B.351.Nev.
