Section 679B.270 - Prehearing conference: Effect of actions; failure of party or counsel to attend1. Any action taken at a prehearing conference and the agreements, admissions or stipulations made by the parties at the conference:(a) Must be made a part of the record; and(b) Controls the course of subsequent proceedings unless modified at the hearing by the hearing officer.2. Unless otherwise ordered by the hearing officer for good cause shown, the failure of a party or his or her counsel to attend a prehearing conference shall be deemed a waiver of any objection to any action taken at the conference and any agreements, admissions or stipulations made by the parties at the conference.Nev.
