Section 679B.154 - Special Investigative Account: Determination of amount of assessment; notice

The Commissioner will provide to each insurer a notice of the amount of the assessment for the Special Investigative Account that is owed pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 679B.700 on or before June 1 of each year.
