Section 679B.878 - Failure to comply with requirements regarding notices and disclosures

Failure to comply with the requirements of NAC 679B.800 to 679B.878, inclusive, regarding notices and disclosures constitutes an undefined unfair trade practice pursuant to NRS 686A.170.
