Section 677.180 - Voting trusts, pooling agreements and proxy agreements1. Any voting trusts or pooling agreements by and between shareholders must be in writing and submitted to the Commissioner for acquiescence before they become effective. A copy of the voting trust or pooling agreement will be retained by the Commissioner.2. All proxy agreements must be in writing and submitted to the Commissioner for acquiescence before they become effective. A copy of all proxy agreements will be retained by the Commissioner.Nev.
