Section 676A.200 - Authority of Commissioner or designee concerning case

The Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee may:

1. Conduct hearings;

2. Question witnesses;

3. Make rulings on motions and objections; and

4. Issue findings of fact or conclusions of law at the conclusion of the case.
