Each administrator of a residential facility for groups:
1. Shall ensure that the facility complies with all applicable requirements of chapter 449 of NRS and NAC 449.002 to 449.99939, inclusive; and2. Is responsible for the oversight and direction of the members of the staff of the facility as necessary to ensure that the residents of the facility receive needed services and protective supervision.Nev.
