Section 652.210 - Director's license: Action on application

A license as a director may be issued by the Division on behalf of the Board for those applicants who qualify for licensure under NAC 652.380 to 652.395, inclusive. The Division shall notify the applicant of the status of the application within 30 days after receipt of a completed application.
