Section 652.156 - Exemption from provisions of chapter for director of HIV testing laboratory

Except as otherwise provided in section 7 of this regulation, the provisions of this chapter, including, without limitation, any requirement to perform duties other than those prescribed in NRS 652.180, do not apply to the director of an HIV testing laboratory.
