Section 652.145 - "Unapproved course" defined"Unapproved course" means a course of study or training or an activity related to medical technology which is not offered by any of the organizations set forth in NAC 652.025. The term includes:
1. The development and presentation of a seminar or workshop to persons who specialize in the area of health care;2. Attendance at workshops offered at a person's place of work or presented by manufacturers or vendors of medical technology;3. The publication of a book or paper related to medical technology; and4. The preparation of an exhibit for a medical journal or meeting.Nev. Admin. Code § 652.145
