Section 649.120 - Collection agencies: Fees1. An application for licensure as a collection agency must be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of $375.2. The applicant must pay an additional application fee of $300, prorated on the basis of the licensing year, as provided by the Commissioner, for each original license issued.3.
