Section 649.330 - Revocation or suspension of license or certificate: Violation of certain regulations or statutes; procedures

The Commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of a collection agency or a compliance manager's certificate if the collection agency or compliance manager, as applicable, violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 649 of NRS, including, without limitation, a provision that imposes a fee or assessment. A revocation or suspension of a license or certificate must be made in accordance with the procedures set forth in chapter 649 of NRS.
