Section 648.3447 - Reapplication following denial, suspension or revocation of registration1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an applicant whose registration has been denied, suspended or revoked by the Board may not reapply for registration earlier than 1 year after the date of the final decision of the Board to deny, suspend or revoke the registration of the applicant.2. An applicant whose registration has been denied, suspended or revoked by the Board on two or more occasions may not reapply for registration earlier than 5 years after the date of the most recent decision of the Board to deny, suspend or revoke the registration of the applicant.Nev.
