Section 648.3395 - Application for registration: Confidentiality

An application for registration is confidential. A licensee or any employee of a licensee shall not access or use any information contained in an application for any purpose unless:

1. The applicant provides written consent to the licensee; or

2. Otherwise permitted by law.
