Section 645H.040 - Confidentiality of records of Division

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 and 645H.320, the Division will, unless otherwise ordered by a court, keep confidential the criminal and financial records, social security number and photograph of each person who holds or applies for a certificate of registration or permit or who will have an interest in an asset management company as a principal, partner, officer, director or trustee.
