Section 645H.330 - Cancellation of certificate or permit for failure to report change of address

If the Division determines that an asset management company or an asset manager has discontinued business at the address for which he or she holds a certificate of registration or permit and this fact has not been reported to the Division, the certificate or permit may be cancelled by the Division.
