Section 645H.310 - Delivery of certificate or permit to Division

If the certificate of registration of an asset management company or the permit of an asset manager is cancelled, suspended or revoked, the asset management company or the asset manager shall surrender the certificate or permit to the Division. No refund will be given when a certificate or permit is cancelled, suspended or revoked.
