Section 645F.982 - Surrender of license; closure of principal office1. A licensee may not surrender his or her license or close his or her principal office until the Commissioner has approved the surrender or closure.2. The request for approval of the surrender of the license or closure of the principal office must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Commissioner and contain the information prescribed by the Commissioner.Nev.
