Section 645F.445 - Authority of examiner, auditor or investigatorAn examiner, auditor or investigator conducting an examination, periodic or special audit, or investigation of a licensee pursuant to the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations or chapter 645F of NRS may:
1. Require the licensee to produce, for the purposes of the examination, audit or investigation, all documents: (a) Related to business conducted by the licensee pursuant to the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations or chapter 645F of NRS;(b) Required to be kept by the licensee pursuant to any federal or state law or regulation; or(c) Related to the operation of the business of the licensee or any affiliated business that conducts business activities which are directly related to the business of the licensee.2. Inspect and copy any documents which are in the possession, control or custody of the licensee and which are related to business conducted pursuant to the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations or chapter 645F of NRS.Nev.
