Section 645F.435 - Duties of Commissioner; fee1. In addition to the other duties imposed upon the Commissioner by law for the general supervision of licensees, the Commissioner will: (a) Conduct such investigations as may be necessary to determine whether any person has violated any provision of the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations or chapter 645F of NRS or any order of the Commissioner.(b) Conduct an examination of each independent licensee doing business in this State within 3 months after the independent licensee commences business in this State and at least annually thereafter. The examination must include, without limitation, a formal exit review with the independent licensee.(c) Conduct such other examinations, periodic or special audits, investigations and hearings as may be necessary for the efficient administration of the laws of this State regarding licensees.2. For each special audit, investigation or examination, a licensee shall pay a fee based on the rate established pursuant to NRS NRS 645F.280 and NAC 645F.410.Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.435
