Section 645F.685 - Foreclosure purchases: Translation of contract into language other than English

A foreclosure purchaser who negotiates a contract with a homeowner in a language other than English shall deliver to the homeowner at least 2 calendar days before the execution of the contract a translation in at least 10-point type of the material terms of the contract in the language in which the contract was negotiated, along with a statement indicating that the original contract will be in English.
