Section 645F.675 - Foreclosure purchases: Written contract required1. Before purchasing a residence in foreclosure, a foreclosure purchaser shall provide a written contract to the homeowner, in simple English and in at least 10-point type.2. The written contract must be fully completed and signed and dated by the homeowner and the foreclosure purchaser before the execution of any instrument of conveyance of the residence in foreclosure.Nev.
