Section 645F.910 - Posthearing motions1. A party may file a posthearing motion only to request a rehearing or to request a modification of the discipline, fine, costs or attorney's fees imposed against a respondent.2. Any posthearing motion must be filed within 15 days after service of the decision by the hearing officer.3. The opposing party may file an opposition within 10 days after a posthearing motion is filed, and the moving party may file a final reply within 5 days after an opposition is filed.4. The hearing officer shall issue and serve upon all parties, personally or by certified mail, a written decision on any posthearing motion within 30 days after the posthearing motion is filed.Nev.
