Section 645F.860 - Hearings: Coordination and notice of time and locationThe hearing officer shall:
1. Attempt to coordinate the time and location of the hearing with the parties before setting the matter; and2. Advise the Commissioner in writing of the time and location of the hearing in such a manner as to allow the Commissioner to comply with the notice requirements of NRS NRS 233B.121.Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.860
