Section 645F.Sec. 4 - NEW1. Except as otherwise provided in section 2, a person who has been issued a license by endorsement as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant pursuant to section 3 is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties, liabilities, conditions and limitations that would apply under the laws of this State to a person issued a license as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant, as applicable, who did not obtain his or her license by endorsement pursuant to section 3.2. A license by endorsement issued pursuant to section 3 expires and is subject to renewal as provided by NAC 645F.270 on the same terms as a license which was not issued by endorsement.Nev. Admin.
