Section 645D.090 - Applicability of chapter1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, this chapter applies to any person who:(a) Performs inspections of residential or commercial property; and(b) Signs a document regarding the inspection in a way that designates the person as a "certified inspector."2.
